We cannot get enough of beer bread because it is so easy with just 3 basic ingredients. It is as tasty and an almost fool proof party treat. We always have an extra can of beer from a party or open a big bottle of beer and cannot finish it. Do not use beer that is already flat because the process requires gas to incorporate the flour.

You will need:
- 3 cups flour, we like to use self-rising. This makes everything simpler coz if not you will have to put baking powder.
- 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- 1 (12-ounce) can of beer.
- Preheat oven to 375*F (190*C). Lightly grease or spray a 9x5x3 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. (I usually put some butter on the loaf at about 30 minutes before the end).
