PROJECT LUNCHBOX : THE CHICKEN LOAF

THIS LUNCHBOX IS MADE UP OF:
  • Chicken loaf slices with sweet chili sauce sandwiched in between the slices.
  • Sliced tomatoes with Japanese mayonaise topped with coriander.

    I've never tried a chicken loaf - sounds like a winner to me, and I bet the leftovers would make great lunch sandwiches!
