A DESIGNED BALCONY

We are not keep in actually building anything on the balcony because with rough weather conditions, it can well ruin certain wood and fixtures. Useful plants are always good because even if you were to get tired of the whole going out onto the balcony due to the weather, you would still have some produce to use.

Nevertheless, here is a designer who thought of this idea to embed tables and benches in the platform. It may work in some cities but certainly not for Mr Washy in the dam.

Sandy Lam, a designer from BC, has come up with an awesome design solution for tight, urban balconies that need to be multi-purpose spaces.
