It is always difficult for us to get that perfect shape for pancakes. Our pancakes always turn out to look like such mess, it seems almost impossible to serve them to anyone. Here is a nice idea from realsimple.com. We think it is a lot of fun writing our names and drawing with the pancake batter.

For years my kids insisted that I make Mickey Mouse pancakes. The 1st one happened by accident when 3 pancakes happen to run together.
