We have a dear colleague, who is also part of the Blue Dog Beer Crew, is leaving us at the end of the week. It is difficult to say goodbye. We all had too much fun and seriously, how can one say goodbye when we all know that this isn't the last time we are going to work together? Our new batch of Mexican beer will be ready on Thursday, just in time for a session of get together and a few bottles of souvenir.
