WHAT TO DO WITH THAT EXPIRED BOTTLE OF OLIVE OIL

Admit it, we all have a bottle of expired olive lying around in the kitchen. We don't know why we kept it, maybe for the day we research and write this post. Here is what you can use that oil for. Do take note that if your olive oil is not too long over the expiry date, you can still use it for consumption. It isn't going o turn rancid so easily. It only means that the flavor will start to deteriorate. You will be able to smell it if it is rancid.

FOR YOUR SKIN :
You can also use olive oil in the bath. Just add a couple drops of olive oil and some baking soda in your bath and relax.Your skin will be super soft.

FOR YOUR HAIR :
Before washing your hair, comb through hair, then add olive oil in your hair. Make sure to get everywhere and to massage your scalp with it as well.Blow dry your hair for about 20 to 30 mins.The heat will help open the cuticles of the hair and seal your hair shaft( hair will have less breaks). Wash the olive oil out of your hair well.( i have oily hair so i wash twice) and i put a light condition only on my tips. Try to do this twice a month and see how much stronger and shiny your hair gets.
