PROJECT LUNCHBOX 280710 : ANISE PORK NOODLE SALAD

We didn't manage to take a picture of the lunchbox when it is still daylight because we went snail/escargot hunting after dinner.

Here is what is in the lunchbox:

• Pork stewed with rosemary, bay leaves, anise, apples, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, fish sauce in a tomato base, tossed with rice noodles.
• Fresh red pepper with some Japanese mayonnaise drizzled on top. 
• 2 perfectly boiled eggs with mayonnaise drizzled on top.
• Coriander on top of noodles.
