PROJECT LUNCHBOX 050810 : SUMMER COLD NOODLES AND MARINATED EGGS

We have not made lunchboxes for a few days because the Mr Washy was off and working half days.

Here is what is in the lunchbox from last week:

• Cold noodles marinaded with fish sauce, sugar and vinegar, tossed with red peppers, coriander and anchovies.
• 2 perfectly boiled eggs marinated in clove and anise soy sauce.
