PROJECT LUNCHBOX 250810 : SANDWICHES... HMMM

We are not fans of sandwiches but Mr Washy is, for the sack of handiness.

Here is what is in the lunchbox :

• A cheese and mustard sandwich
• A tomato and cheese sandwich with a layer of tomato salsa and fresh basil
• Our home-grown salad leaves rolled with grilled aubergine
• A perfectly boiled egg

• And half a tomato sprinkled with salt and basil!
