Now that we have our new apartment, we are more aware of spaces and decor. Not so that that we want to stay in the apartment, but we are learning more about ourselves and what we like. We definitely are not interested in those voodoo-ish sculptures nor anything too raw in terms of how wood carving goes. We are more modernistic. We love the contrast of colours, the mix of materials.
We love a rustic kitchen. It somehow makes everything a little more fragrant. Look the celadon colour, love the copper and enamel pots, love the sink.
If we could redo the rooftop, we would probably have a cube with glass on all sides. Something a little alfresco, something a little of an empty canvas. Not so big to the extent of a double storey, but a single story cube would make it a rather cute studio for us.
Like the chairs, though it looks like we cannot sit there forever. Do not like the table, we have always dreamt of a wooden table, a bit raw, a bit rustic.
