SOMEONE THREW AWAY MY FROZEN BREAD. THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LUNCH :-(

Someone threw away our frozen loaf of bread in the office. There goes lunch. The reason was because it was expired, but seriously!!! People freeze their bread before expiry date so that it can stay fresh. Typically, bakery items can be frozen for up to 6 months. Bread can be frozen for up to a year but it does tend to dry out and loose some flavor. Double wrap it so it doesn't get freezerburned. You only need to toast it to eat it later. We think we will eat our pate by itself with a couple of shots of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
