Summer is on its way and we want to recreate our balcony. There is nothing there are the moment except for a few brooms. Not too good in utilizing space in a small apartment. We want to have potted plants, herbs and some easy to grow vegetables. We love flowers but looking at the limited space we have, we would rather some useful greens. We also want to have a sitting area for brunches and sunset drinks. Here are some pictures we grabbed for inspiration. Not quite sure how to design our space yet. Any ideas?

- ledge-hanging plant pots
- creeping plants that can provide a little shade or we could possibly shape the cane into a little canopy for the creepers.
- pebbles to section off plants. Not sure about wooden platforms as our balcony is exposed.
- a shelf with potted plants is a good idea to create a little friendly wall between the neighbors.
