Shrek, Forever After is showing in the cinemas. We love Shrek eversince it came out. The whole concept of a non-fairytale, that happy ever after is different from what we grew up to know from Walt Disney. That happy ever after needs a whole lot of work actually, which is so true in real life. Shrek always makes us feel a bit emotional because it is so alternative in a fairytale land. We love the non-cliches!!! We are a bit like this, the black sheep. (oh yes, and the rock soundtrack kicks ass for an animation) This is by far one of our favorite story for an animation. It is original and educational. How do you live your life? Do you wait for your prince charming? Do you lead the comfy fairytale life like a frog in the well? Or would you want to break the mold and lead a truly awesome life?
This is our favorite character is the whole of Shrek series. And he is more awesome than ever in the new one.
