KALE CHIPS : YOUR ANTIOXIDANT CRISPS

Kale chips have been going around a lot of blogs and it seems to be the new healthy snack, apparently very tasty and morish too. This snack is packed with loads of vitamins and fibers, easy to make at home and so so so much better than those starch-packed crisps.

This is what you need: 
  • 2 bunches kale rinsed with stems removed
  • Olive oil to toss it in
  • 1/2 tbsp salt, you can add more after they are baked. You can add your favorite seasoning too. 
 Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. You have to watch it closely because it overcooks really easily. Just make sure it does not burn.
