DON'T THROW AWAY THAT SPROUTED SWEET POTATO : YOU CAN EAT THE LEAVES

We were browsing for pictures of sweet potato leaves and we came across this perfectly sprouted potato. The owner of this sprouted sweet potato which is full of potential, thrashed it after taking the picture because he thought he has let another fresh produce go to waste!

Put it in soil or in a glass with water and you will have your organic sweet potato leaves in no time for a garlicky stir fry.
