SUPER ANTIOXIDANT SPICED TEA

Goji Berries are known to boost immune function, increase alkalinity and vitality, provide liver protection, improve eyesight and blood quality, deliver anti-aging compounds and posses a number of additional outstanding qualities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Small hand full of Goji Berries
A piece of cinnamon stick
4-5 cardamom pods ( opened up by pressing on counter and reveling the tiny black seeds)
1tsp fennel seeds
2-3 cloves

Place all ingredients into a jar, bottle or a carafe. Add hot water and let stand for 10 min. You can also put all the ingredients into a thermos and take with you for later. The longer you brew the stronger the taste. You can also add a sweetener if you like. Agave, Yacon or Stevia are good choices. I like it just as it is. As for the lovely left over plum Goji Berries you can add them to a shake,to oatmeal or eat just is-they become super sweet when they are rehydrated.
