THE GREAT BRITISH MENU

We spent a lot of time in the UK. We do relate much more to the Brits than the other Westerners. We love the slang and culture. When their food is good, it is very good. Unfortunately, when we were staying there, the food culture had not picked up yet. It is all so exciting now with the raise of celebrity chefs. Some say celebrity chefs are not at all true to their art, they should be in their restaurants and in their kitchens. We beg to differ, sometimes they have a lot to give when they do their TV appearances. They can really inspire a nation of food. Go to the UK now and you can experience some really wonderful bar food.
