We chanced upon this when we were checking out Blockhead. And the comments made this song so much more interesting and wonderful:
At 2:30 in the song the Krakow horn that plays aloud from a church in Poland is sampled. Here's the story behind it.
-Krakow Bugle Player in the Church Tower-
Every hour, the bugler plays an incomplete refrain. The story is that the watchman who tried to give an alarm of an attack on the city in 1241 was shot in the throat part way through the alarm. So they honor him every hour by replaying the part of the alarm that he completed before he died.
Makes the song that much better huh?

BAND HISTORY from Wiki:
Blockheads were formed in 1992 and released their first demo, Haaashaastaak, in 1993. In 1995, they released their first studio album, Last Tribes, and a further album, Watch Out, followed in 1998, after the band had experienced some line-up difficulties.

A third album was released in 2001 (Human Parade) and in the next few years, the band participated in numerous festivals, causing them to become known as an important grindcore band in the European extreme music scene.
In 2006, the band released the album Shapes of Misery, on Overcome Records.
During their career, the band has played concerts with such notable acts as Napalm Death, Nasum, Obituary, Entombed, Sick of it All, Carcass and Soulfly.
