We have been looking to start drinking apple cider vinegar. We really should find some time to purchase it, perhaps after work today. We have gotten into the habit of drinking herbal and floral teas on a regular basis. They seem to help, but only if you believe in it enough to continue to drink them over a long period. If you are thinking of feeling any form of difference in a day or 2, then no, you should then go for something probably inorganic.
