We love Tastespotting, don't get us wrong. It is very exciting but with a lot of amateur tips. We just saw one with a sunnyside up, only that the yolk is in a heart shape. The person cooks the yolk in a heart-shaped mold first and then add the white in a circle mold around the cooked yolk. Completely overcooked egg. Yucks.
