We love our curries every now and then. 'Home cooked' curries are even
better. We can eat it slowly and to whichever amount we want without
feeling we have to finish the whole portion served up outside. Curries
are surprising expensive too. We guess it is considering all the herbs
and spices that go into it.
When we were working in Bangkok, our client was frantically
searching for the Knorr Green Curry powder. He swears it is like the
real deal and so convenient too. We bought a few the last time we were in Bangkok but when we saw it this time, we stashed about 8 of it.
Well, not too many in our opinion but enough to last us for a
while. There is an expiry date! If not we would have stashed more.

I wonder; why buy powdered green curry, when it's possible, and just as easy, to make green curry with paste, that can be bought nearby and taste great?
