I am a fan of Iron Chef Japan. And yet of the past episodes on YouTube, I have not watched many of Iron Chef Nakamura's battles. It is only now that I am watching his last battle and understand how difficult it was for someone to switch from orthodoxy to unorthodoxy. In order to be great, we have to adapt and create new things. If not, what would be the point of progressing and living to the next day. Following templates and orthodoxy has a new meaning for me. Let us move on and be creative once we have mastered the principles.
