We were browsing in a bookstore before dinner one day and came across this book. We were dying to buy a book to flip but didn't want to buy a magazine. Magazines are so full of ads! We found this book and fell in love with it. And to be honest, it was cheap as chips, almost the price of a magazine. So, why not. This book is especially good for people who have never or just beginning to cook. It is not daunting and it is very encouraging and enticing with all the photographs. See, cooking isn't a science. Just follow the instructions.
Three & Four Ingredient cookbook. Ok, spices and condiments not included. The book expects you to have a stocked up kitchen with those dried herbs and oils. So treat the 3 & 4 ingredients as a quick stopover at the supermarket on the way home. We have loaned this book out to a friend and we shall post some tips and tricks from the book once we get it back.
This book contains over 400 fast & fuss-free recipes requiring only three or four ingredients. A practical introduction to minimalist cooking, with advice on choosing ingredients and easy preparation techniques. Includes recipes for every type of occasion - breakfasts, lunches, family meals, al fresco dining, elegant entertaining and sumptuous desserts. Over 1500 photographs with easy to follow, step-by-step instructions.
