We remember going to the watch shop when we were young to get our plastic watch polished. When we say polish, it really was quick and amateur polishing. It involves a microfiber cloth and Brasso. We thought we would do try to polish our passed down spare mobile phone. It was passed down for a reason, it is full of scratches. Ha!
This is after about 4 minutes of polishing.
It does sort of work. Although we cannot remove all the scratches to make it look as good as new.
THE VERDICT : It works but do not expect it to remove all the scratches. It is not going to make your plastic look as good as new. It is a good tip and quick fix if your have BRASSO lying in the house, if you have very little surface scratches.
