PROJECT LUNCHBOX IS BACK

We are finally finding some time for Project Lunchbox again. Hopefully this will be a daily affair. It is summer and our regular stews are not suitable for a summer lunchbox. We have prepared this summery onigiri lunch for Mr Washy. Here is what's in it:

• 2 perfect boiled eggs
• 6 onigiris with tamago seasoning
• Little gems washed, some to separate the onigiris, to prevent them from sticking, and some dressed with pate. 
• Japanese mayonaise dressing hidden and protected by some little gem leaves.

 You can see the pate sandwiched between little gem leaves to prevent mess.
