PROJECT LUNCHBOX 260810 : A BIT OF PATE AND TUNA

What did we say about photographing sandwich lunchboxes! Sigh...

Here is what is in the lunchbox :

• 2 sandwiches filled with freshly made chicken liver pate and fresh basil
• 2 sandwiches with tuna in a blend of minces onions, salt and pepper, oil, chili and lime juice
• A perfectly boiled egg
• A tomato sprinkled with salt and fresh basil

 It is so easy and cheap to make chicken liver pate. We wonder why people don't do it often. Here is what you need to pan fry together :

• sauteed onions and garlic
• pan fry the washed liver with the sauteed onions and garlic
• season with salt and pepper, and some paprika

Blend when it is done. Add extra virgin olive oil as you blend.
