THE NARROWEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD?

We had a walk in the city of Amsterdam yesterday and saw this. Does it make any sense to you? Do you see anything?

This narrow block is a restaurant. We wonder what the interior looks like. It is a very bizarre scene indeed. Is narrow even a word for it? What an interesting use of space nonetheless!
