LIFE IS A JOURNEY, ARE YOU READY?

OUR FIRST HOMEMADE PIZZA : CHEESELESS BUT FULL OF UMAMI FROM THE ANCHOVIES AND TOMATOES

This is our pizza base from our focaccia recipe. We simply rolled it out thinner. Brother Daniel, are you envious now??? You should have made us make this for you in Belgium!

We brushed the pizza dough with a layer of olive oil and then smeared some pomodori puree on it. Sprinkled some chopped anchovies and sliced red onions, topped it with roma tomatoes, some oregano, salt and pepper. We are now only waiting for Mr Washy to arrive before we slide it into the oven for 15 minutes. Yea!!!
