WHAT ARE YOUR TRICKS TO WAKE UP EARLY IN WINTER? PLEASE TELL US

We took this picture last winter, sometime in December. With the lack of leaves and drop of temperature now in only November, it is officially winter. Brrr... it is even predicted to snow this weekend in the dam. Well, the UK is already snowing, it is not surprising that the dam will follow suit real soon. This is too early for us. It is only November!

It is colder, darker. The sun set at about 5pm on Monday and it was about 4.30pm on Thursday. It is setting earlier and earlier everyday. We are falling asleep earlier and getting up later. This is worrying and just a waste of time... argh. We are going into hibernation mode.

We are going to set our alarms and wake up earlier. We have been setting our alarms but to no avail. We are the great snoozers. Even if there is nothing to wake up to, we want to make it a habit to wake up even in the gloomy darkness and get some bits done, be it nothingness like checking our emails and reading the news.

We wanted to wake up at 8am but our snoozing dragged the clock to 930am.
