We were browsing some DIY ideas for a friend who is getting her new apartment. And this is something so easy and charming!
I am digging this DIY modular storage system Poppytalk featured using Ikea pieces and binder clips. The painted interiors give you an opportunity to play with color and mix and match combinations you might not otherwise fully commit to on a whole wall. This would be great for living room books and accessories, or this could be your craft organization pod. What would you use it for?

I'm sorry to say this but this self storage unit looks as if cardboard boxes were black taped together to form the little pods. Not the best job.
I've been looking for a storage 'unit' to fit a particular sized alcove. this has given me something to think about. i love the versatility and ability to custom it to ones needs. thanks for helping me solve my dilemma. HelenD
