We have tasted natto before when we were in Tokyo but the recent Hokkaido trip revived our love for it. We have been craving for it eversince. We travel to KL quite a bit for work and everyone knows we are not all that keen on food in KL. Well, maybe it is because we do not know where to find the good food. OK, we also confine ourselves to KLCC area and the office, so maybe that isn't the best. Anyway, we usually yearn for something a bit healthy when we are in KL. So it was natto and blanched okra and wing beans that evening.
Simply whip up the natto until it is foamy and dip the blanched beans into it.
Never knew that these are called four angel beans too.
