THAI UP YOUR BURGER

This is an interesting Larb burger. Love the spices!!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g ground beef
  • 3 tbsp lemon grass
  • 2 tbsp galangal
  • 3 kaffir lime leaf
  • 1/3 cup shallot
  • 2 tbsp toasted rice powder
  • 2.5 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
Just mix and that is it. Form them into patties and grill or fry them up.

THE SALAD/SAUCE:
  • Cabbage
  • Spring onions
  • Mint (important)
  • Cilantro
  • Toasted rice powder
  • Lime juice
  • Fish sauce
  • Toasted Chilli with dry kaffir lime leaves
Buns with Sirarcha and mashed avocado, red onions and tomato.
