Up and coming designer, Johanna Keimeyer wowed up with these quirky chandelier. This is an article from dexigner.
They are everywhere. Water bottles, jugs of laundry detergent, cosmetic containers. Once they're empty, they go in the trash. We only pay attention to what's inside, not to the wrapping. Plastic containers are inconspicuous, yet well designed objects which, due to their variety of form, material and colour, deserve a second look.
Up and coming artist Johanna Keimeyer took that second look. Her treasure hunt through the trash let her across half of Europe, through Slovenia, Spain, France, England and Germany. Inspired by the aesthetics of these thrown-away products, she managed to give trash a second life. In an elaborate artistc process, she brought to life her remarkable collection of "recycled lights".
Love it!!!
