ANOTHER FRIDAY DEGUSTATION PART 2 : MARINATED JAPANESE CRAB STICKS

Don't be put off by this color. The crab sticks didn't come in this shocking pink. We marinated them in some beetroot juice, chopped red onions, garlic and celery leaves. And then dressed it with some white wine vinegar, sugar and lemon juice. Taste good, believe it or not.
